6.5 E-mail Question
 

I recently upgraded to the 6.5 stock rom and i am having some issues with it. Whenever i get new E-mails, i check and delete them. 15mins later, the same E-mails will show up as new E-mails. I delete the same mail 8 times. i have been doing this since yesterday. The only way for me to mget rid of the mails is to go online on a different computer and manually delete them. PLEASE HELP!!!!:(

in that respective emial's inbox, select the menu and go to 'tools'. in the options, have the email on your phone go to the server trash, just like in 6.1

Are you using an exchange type server or pop email?

did that already. i even changed it to delete off server trash...no luck

I've had problems deleting e-mail using the Sense e-mail tab delete on other ROMS before, so I just quit using it. It seems to work better if I actually click on the picture of the e-mail to open it up in the inbox and then use Menu->Delete to get rid of it. Try that and see if it helps you.

Same here. I was having hte same problem. now i either click the msg to open it up and delete or i go the inbox and then delete the msgs i want. I have no issues doing that but do if i try deleting from Sense. If somebody has a fix that'd be great but till then i use the workaround.
