I don't have that.

Is there a way to get to that without the applet shortcut? The rom I'm running doesn't have it in there I guess...

oh wait I found it.

stuck 23#ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,22,0?shellres.dll,-13941 into a txt and saved it as a lnk.
