disable key vibrations
 

I was able to find the phone part, but what about text messaging and wrbpages?

there should be a way to disable the onscreen vibration

never noticed vibration on webpages, but there are 2 places you could check. if you are running sense 2.5, goto you settings tab, then personalize, then vibration. or in your start menu, hit settings, personal, buttons, then goto the vibrate tab at the bottom. hope that solves it for you

the start menu way there is no option for vibrate following your steps

and its sprint default 6.5

K..this will work it turns off viberation completely..go to top left corner click START (windows flag button) now go to SETTINGS from there youll see a list..go to PERSONALIZE its the very first tab,now. go to the last tab VIBERATION UNCHECK..than that should work for you cus it worked for me..i havent found any program or anything on the phone that will vib..hope it works!..:salute:

hit PERSONAL, then buttons, use the slider at the bottom then to vibrate, my wifes tp2 is on the stock vzw 6,5 and its there

Can you slide to the left one tab to the settings tab from your home page and at the top there will be the personalize options and in there at the bottom you can turn the vibration on and off.

where is this? i have turned off the "personalize" one and it still vibrates on texts and phone dialer.. thanks!

ooh i see well your going thru SETTINGS then all settings...that why you dont see it..boo boo do this for me.

lick END BUTTON for me so youll be on main screen where you see the clock..now press START button next to SEND key at the bottom..now youll see HOME TEXT and EMAIL..under EMAIL youll see settings
click that and next youll see personalize on the very top..and this has to work for you to...you were under ALL SETTINGS before thats why..let me know what happends..

in the stock 6.5 rom for sprint there is no option to turn off the vibration, there is no option for personalize nnor is the option to turn vibration off in the personal/buttons screen

start from your "today" tab. slide all the way to the right and go to SETTINGS. make sure the FIRST tab says PERSONALIZE. if your first tab says SECURITY then you have to scroll up. once you click personalize the last option is VIBRATIONS. click that and uncheck it. I have that unchecked but still get vibrate on text and phone dialer. not sure if thats what you are experiencing.

im on sprint touch pro 2 6.5 rom updated..i did it last night..and i do have PERSONLIZE tab under settings NOT all settings..play around with it youll figure it out...im still playing with the 6.5 lol

yes that is the question we are all seeking for. it seems there is a bug in which it doesnt turn off ALL vibrations as that button is suppose to.
