Uninstalled Program But Icon Still There...

I uninstalled a program from my phone but the icon is still there. It's obviously not an executable file when I click on it and I can't seem to remove it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd rather not have to do a hard reset...

i think you have to go find it and delete it from /windows/start menu the *.lnk file

or you could go back to the program/cab and install it again and see if it asks to remove the previous version and say yes then when it asks where to download it to the phone or mem card just hit cancel.
