plz plz help me My brandnew htc pro 2 won't turn on nor reset

Hi guys.

I have this weird problem with my htc pro 2 Verizon. I tried to unlock it using the Raphael 3.5 package.Everything was going well until I launched the application, followed all the instructons on the screen and then all of a sudden, my phone got off forever.Since then, it is not powering on.

I tried everything, the soft and hard reset.Nothing works. When I connect the device on my computer,it asks a Qual Comm software which I don't have and don't know where to find it.](*,)

Please guys.I am begging yall to help me to save my phone back:(.I went through all the posts on the forum, but didn't find a liable and working solution.:disgust:

I am counting on you and your good comprehension as well as your precious help.

Thanks again.:headbang:

Not sure what "raphael" packaage you used but this phone is a Rhodium. Sounds like you didn't do your homework. Not sure if its bricked, but doesn't sound good.

Im sorry to say this but for lack of better words you are f*cked. i m not sure if there is anything to do you used the wrong unlocker the touch pro 2 is the Rhodium not the Rafeal so its not looking good. there was another thread on this not too long ago you should probably search for it and see if something helped but hopefully you have insurance and when you get it replaced do not mention trying to unlock it at all. good luck

With the phone off hold the volume down and power at the same time...... Does anything happen?

I'm sorry to say that I think you are the proud owner of a shiny paperweight.

I think it has something to do with wanting to flash the phone for the first time makes people nervous as all he**...its like trying to diffuse a bomb while going through an epileptic seziure. Or just the opposite, their so excited its like trying to catch a hamster on crack.

I truly still amazed that people get an unlocker from a different section and install it on there phone thinking it will work

Condescending text towards the original poster. See people, I can be a jackass too. Let's just bash the original poster with messages about how much of a dumbass he/she was and boost my post count! Look at me!

Seriously everybody, I'm sure the original poster doesn't feel good right now. I'd imagine they got the point after the first message.

With that said, try to exercise the warranty and see if you can get a replacement.
