6.5.x bottom navigation on 6.5?

Don't know if this is possible or not but is there a way to make a cab that will move the start button and navigation from the top of regular WM 6.5 to the bottom like 6.5.x?

I dont think it is possible. If it was possible, someone would have done it long time ago! Its just the difference between wm6.5 & wm6.5.x which is more finger friendly.
