BT Earpiece Caller ID

I have a BT earpiece that Blueant makes Z9 version 2.0 BT. I have posted in other threads without responce. My earpiece worked great with Caller ID function with incoming calls, but only makes ring noise with TP2. I have ringer shut off on phone like TP1 so a ringtone with not come thru with caller ID. Does any know what might be going wrong? Anyone get true caller ID on incoming calls thru earpiece. I get caller ID when earpiece not turned on, so I know that works. and yes incoming is checked in phone settings.
I do not have any of the other problems like I have read caller not hanging up, cut off.
