How to import Opera mobile bookmarks after upgrading to Sprint 6.5 ROM?

I saved the "opera6.adr" file before I upgraded Sprint TP2 to WinMo 6.5. After upgrading TP2 to WinMo 6.5, I copied this file to the folder "Windows/Opera9/profile". It does not work ... Any suggestions on how to import my existing bookmark file to Opera mobile? Thank you!

I didn't back up, but I kept a copy of opera6.adr. Does anyone know if I can use this file to get my favs back?

I asked that yesterday and got no response, but found this when searching. Looks like 9.7 uses IE favorites instead of its own. I wonder if there is a setting to change it. I ended up just syncing them with my computer.

If you overwrite the opera6.adr file, your old bookmarks will be in the address autocomplete in Opera. You can then clear the address line, and they all pop up. If you want, you can then go to and re-save all the sites.

I like this solution better. I still have all my mobile favorites from my Mogul days, I'll try and sync them up and see what happens.

Under My Phone, there is no box for browser fave. These are boxes that i have under My phone: Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Text Messages, Photos, Videos, Music, Documents, and Sync storage cards (grey out).

This is a better solution for me so far. Thanks.

Where do I find ie favs. I am not able to find where the files are.

I am running Sprint stock 6.5 and havent been able to find my bookmarks for operah. Any time I do a hard reset, I have to recreate them.
