This is by design AFAIK. This is to stop trading music on removable media. A flashed phone is a new phone (with probably a new GUID hidding somewhere in the registry). It's just a PITA when you have a mix of RTG tracks and your own tracks. With my 16GB uSD card, it takes about 1 hour to resync ~9GB of music. |
Re: [Bounty] Rhapsody To Go: The Time Has Come
Are people still paying to get music?

Re: [Bounty] Rhapsody To Go: The Time Has Come
So I tried out the technique posted in this thread and it worked, but only in the stock 6.5 Sprint ROM. I deleted all my .wma files on the storage card, and Rhapsody offered to authorize my device. Then I flashed an NRG ROM, which is supposed to be based off the Sprint 6.5 ROM drivers, etc. and Rhapsody won't let me authorize the device.
The bounty remains. $20 from me for a cooked ROM that supports RTG subscription tracks. |

Android is not Rhapsody compatible, at least to my knowledge. However, there is a Rhapsody app in beta available through Real that one day will allow offline syncing. Hopefully that is ready soon. |
