Anyone noticed that the camera focus is super fast now? :headbang::headbang::headbang:

Taking macro pictures is awesome with this thing.


I was getting a flickery display on my camera that was easly adjusted when i set the refresh from Auto to 60hz

thanks i didnt even think to try out the camera but just did & it is alot faster, man i have alot of testing to do on this thing

Yeah i hear ya! I flashed it at 1 am and i'm just tried the camera a few mintues ago.

The rom its a battery sucker too. Unless is becuase i never really stopped playing with it the whole day at work.

it could be that but usually after i flash my battery suxs for a couple of days before it gets better & i never judge battery of a rom until 3-4 days after a flash

I think the internal memo at Sprint said they were awarding every customer with a double battery that upgraded to the Sprint 6.5 SLOP ROM.

its not a gurantee that i will get better cuz ive never been on stock for more then a day but its always been like that for me on custom roms

Ah
It's fast because it PRE focuses the camera BEFORE you take the picture and when you press the button, it only confirms the focus....

i am glad that a few things have improved with this ROM including the camera, but for the life of me i am still scratching my head wondering who they have doing their internal testing...

the ROM was built on the 6th and the in house testers missed lots of little naggy things (hidden owner info, old build of my phone, etc.)

whereas within a matter hours most of the bugs have been exposed and would have been corrected in that 13 day time frame

perhaps its time that sprint and htc start tapping into the ppcgeeks machine and get some real testing done

actually it's faster because it's a newer camera application...

check the manufacture date, it says 2010... I was asking if anyone hasn't flashed yet to compare versions but seems nobody stuck around on the previous version long enough to tell me lol...
