Go pack to the sense email page, the one three tabs to the right of the home page tab, and from there delete all your email accounts.

Then, when you have no set up accounts go try it from the active sync place again.

That, I think, is what I had to do

In order to enter the domain name, you have to remove the "@domain.com" from the user name.

Has anyone been successful trying to Sync without configuring Outlook? I want to sync my phone to transfer my favs and stuff. I do no use Outlook but when I sync, it want to configure with Outlook. Thanks!
