most people werent even sure if it was getting sense 2.5 & you were waiting for 6.5.x

when i dont think any other phone has an official update for it, i guess wishful thinking never hurt anybody:mrgreen:

Wow, this dude really thought he was getting 6.5.x hahaha :) man I don't even know how to explain how absurd that is. Like someone stated the hd2 isn't even 6.5.x so why are you "disappointed" Sprint is the 1st carrier in US to sport manilla 2.5 officially. Damn you just want to have your cake and eat it to.

Agreed. Why would they put out a phone with the buttons at the top and put out a "Maintenance Release" that changes the whole structure of how users use their phone. Sprint and HTC would have a riot on thier hands with calls about how do I.

Be lucky they're even running 21889 and 2012 SenseUI!

Um, how about anyone who has work buy their phone and signs a release that says they won't unlock it and flash a new ROM to it? That would include the VAST majority of large corporate customers whether they realize it or not. I sit 20 feet away from the folks who order the phones and 30 feet from the Exchange guys and our corporate policy actually stipulates termination if you do. They've let 3 people go for jailbreaking corporate iPhones.

Okay, Just a reminder, but the 6.5.x run is supposed to be for capacitive devices. Remember??? Why on earth would you think that Sprint would use that for this upgrade. Remember MS has some input on this as well.

Second off, Thread closed, 'cause quite frankly this one is already degenerating and I really don't want to spend all day policing something I know I'm going to have to close any way. Have a nice day!
