No, I have a carrier locked device. HTC requires you to enter your device serial number before downloading the update. If you enter a locked S/N it gives you the following "Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device." This is more of a heads up for our international friends and those that purchased unlocked phones.

international friends here? where? i always thought it was like 90% sprint, 9% verizon/telus, and 1%att/tmobile... i think i've seen one tp2 user who had a uk carrier listed and by now he's probably realized he's in the wrong place lol. and if someone bought it unlocked back in june, i bet they have an unlocked hd2 now. anyway this will probably confuse more people than help... at least here.

Soory I have a typing error :angry7: , I mean Spain ROM. I ask, because of my device, my serial number don't lead me download the Spain version, only WWE.
