Verizon TP2 on T-mobile??
 

I have a Verizon TP2 fresh back from repair, but I have already replaced it. My wife is on T-mobile, will my Verizon TP2 work with T-mobile?

Since it has a GSM radio as well as CDMA, I would think it may be feasible if the device is unlocked in the necessary way. I'm pretty sure its possible but I don't know the details. You should look in the CDMA upgrades section at the various unlockers available and see what they do.

I think with verizon, you just ask for the unlock code and the pop in the sim.

Nice, that's much easier than what I belive is necessary for the Sprint TP2.

Anyone know if this is possible and if it is, how it is done? My phone is already SIM unlocked... do I just need to pop a SIM in it?

Yes just pop a sim card in and switch to gsm mode. You will have to change and/or data connection settings but that isn't a big deal. Search threads that talk about the settings needed.
