Can't sync with ROM 02/04/2010

Since Rom 2.1.19213017.1 (MightyROM WWE) or Rhodium 02042010
I can no longer Active Sync period.

So, how do I get back to be able to sync? Since I can't go back or forward now. Is there a quick and dirty way to wipe this Rom off and return it to BLAH? Can't downgrade or upgrade since the ability to sync on the phone was disabled with this ROM.

Quick response please.
