Cannot get pass TP2 lock screen. lock code accidentally changed. Please help!
 

I have a sprint tp2 with energy rom installed. i slept on the phone last night and accidentally changed the lock code. is there any way to bypass the lock screen without losing any of my data? please help and thanks in advance.

Can you still sync your phone to your computer with the lock enabled?

Agreed that a hard reset is your only option but the important thing is backing up your information. Hopefully you use a nightly backup program as well.

i hear the beep that it synced but the screen is still showing. i only can receive/reject incoming calls.

I had read before that the Sprint store can unlock it. Might want to give them a call before your hard reset.

Yes i believe if you take it to a sprint repair store they can unlock it for you. But if not you have to manually bootload the phone and then reflash or manually hard reset.

Definitely possible through a program called SN-RMS (Service and Repair Center), do it all the time for all types of phones.

One quick warning.. I think you said you were on Energy ROM... Sprint might not take kindly to seeing a custom ROM..... If it were me, I would just reset....

I have wm6.5 Mightyrom and I was on the start menu and I got to a program that had some carriers sprint, t-moble ect. and i hit sprint and it started to download something for about 1min or 2 and then it reset on it's own, when it gets back to enter the lock passcode it did not accept it and tried more than, "I forgot the count" I don't care to hit the hard reset so it can start all over but I don't know how to, any kind of help please thanks!!

it depends on the person you get, i see custom ROMs all the time and as long as its content mangement only, i would do it.

Sounds like you used the Carrier Provisioning program. If this is the case, this should have been the very FIRST thing you did on your phone directly after your flash. This program adjusts settings (keyboard, misc. reg edits) which setup your phone close to stock for your carrier. It is possible it could have touched your MS lock settings.
