TEP TP2 Refurb or New?
 

Chatted last night with sprint before placing my online order... wondering if they'll send me a refurb or a brand NIB touch pro 2... the sprint dude assured me it would be a refurbished phone and i did a little complaining...

he told me it wouldn't come with a stock screen protector and i was pretty upset and he agreed that sprint would cover the charge of the screen protector because it wouldn't come with a refurbed phone

" Agent (Archie M): "Yes, you can buy the accessory form any place. To get the credit you have to send us the scanned copy at the email address mentioned below-:"

Thought that was amazing... however got my statement from asurion today and in the email it states this:

Replacement Model:
HTC Touch Pro II new fully kitted CK

Question: Do you think that means a new one? In your experiences have you gotten a new model or a refurb?!?

It all depends upon what they have in stock. You will have to wait and see.

Sprint replaced my touch pro and they sent me a refurb without xtra stylus, screen protector, or the little case some people have been getting... I was so excited to get a TP2 I didn't really complain though.
