Question- you guys having problems SD flashing?
 

Just a quick question to make sure it isn't only me....

cornelious2 is doing a great job trying to trouble shoot but it seems like a small of number of peopele cannot ROM flash off the SD.

I've made sure I am FAT32 formatted, the spelling is checked and the ROM is in the root directory. I'm even using SD flasher... The bootloader just cannot locate my ROM to flash.

I am using a generic 16GB SD card that is supposed to be rated class 6 off Newegg. I am betting there is something screwy with the SD card though everything else works fine with it.

Curious -Anyone else have similar problems?

#1, best to post this in the thread dealing with flashing from the SD.

I tried forever as well. Did it all the time with the original Touch Pro, and formatted everything the same way.

This version of Explorer retains the .nbh file, so don't rename it to RHODIMG.nbh, because it's actually saying. RHODIMG.nbh.nbh.

just rename it to RHODIMG and follow the rest of the directions. Just sayin' what worked for me.

Perhaps I can be of some assistance. I was having trouble flashing through the SD as well. I had found a tutorial here:

My problem was that I wasn't renaming the .nbh file. All you need on the SD card is the .nbh file of the ROM. Be sure to rename the file RHODIMG.nbh.

Since then I've flashed 3 ROMS and am doing good. Running Neodium 7.0 right now and it works like a champ.
