No service when phone turns on!! HELP!!
 

Hey,

This is the problem. My phone runs out of battery and then I put it to a charger while it's dead and out of a battery. I turn the phone back on and all of a sudden it uses one of the .wav sounds from my phone and tells me that my phone is off? When I first turn it on, the bars are up showing that the phone is in service but then when I have to unlock my phone, it tells me that my phone is off and I should try turning it off and then back on again? so I go and turn it off and then wait a few seconds and then turn it back on and the same problem occurs! I tried to do a soft reset on it to see if maybe that would help but it doesn't. Does anyone know what the problem in? When I try to make a call when it's still on it, it asks me if I want to turn the phone on and I click YES but it doesn't turn on. Somebody help me please! I haven't had any issues with this phone since I got it until just now.

hey ummm ok i just fixed the issue. I just ended up taking the actually battery out for like a min and then put it back on. and my service came back? I dont know what was wrong with it but hopefully it doesnt happen again. if any of you experienced this issue then let me know too so I can know what to do next time. thanks
