I was told by sprint today there might b a program out to block numbers on my tp2
if anyone can help me that b great thanks

Unfortunately the only thing Ive found was this 14 day trial thing.

yes they can if you want them to, it just depends how you set up the rules for incoming calls.

you cant go wrong with magicall it is a very nice program which I use and worth the $

i use call firewall and it works quite well, it has a myriad of options, i suggest you look into to it to see if it meets your needs

i'm using No Calls from trinket software. free and works great. you can pick the numbers to block, block all, or block all unrecognized.
blocked calls go to voice mail.

Verizon allows you to block 10 numbers for free before you even receive them, I'd hope the other carriers provide a similar service. I can add blocked numbers via my account on their website.

theres a dev on xda that does this and can auto-reply, fwd txt's, ect..
