called retentions:
599.00 phone price
-200.00 instant savings
-70.00 renewal credit (they should tell u)
-50.00 service credit
-100.00 mail in rebate
-5.00 ebilling
tax is a killer, +$50.

retentions left a credit of 120, so then called telesales. make sure to remind sales that shipping is free. free does not mean charge me $12. they will comply

is there any way to get the tax refunded? would i have even gotten charged tax if i did it online?

not unless you were returning the product you bought. and yes regardless in which way you bought your device, you would need to pay taxes on it. unless the your state does not require you to pay the tax..and that is already programmed into the website's pay system.

I just called sprint today and ask for the $70 renewal credit and $50 service credit. They said there's no such credit. I'm 2 months away from my contract ending and on Sero 500. Did they offer you the renewal credit after your contract ended?

I just got upgraded because my old mogul sucked then my touch pro sucked. tp2 rocks though
