well, there is your problem. solution, a hammer and a swift, but thorough, blow should suffice. there, saved your life.

as for your tp2, as stated before use an extractor program to get the .nbh then flash the rom from your sd card

Btw my phone just did that and they ended up having a new phone in box shipped to the store and they just gave me a new one. Tell them you already hard reset it.
