It's built into the stock mobile shell. Just hit the soft key on the bottom left of the main screen and it brings up the carousel.

Yea, it is one of the MS features that falls into the "totally useless eye candy" catagory.......

I had MS installed for about three weeks& never used that lame spinning thing once.....
