ICS without a SIM card?
 

Is it possible because rom after rom wont let me do it....

I got a refurb so I got no SIM card?

I did search but nothing comes up in any tp2 forum...

Help?

You have 2 options from what i remember..
Call sprint and politely ask them for a sim card.
Or walk in a store and do the same..

interestingly, i too got a refurb with no sim card but i am able to do both usb internet sharing and bluetooth with no problems. i am running a stock rom with hspl or w/e unlocked with the tp2 clean up tweaks cab, so it should be possible, right?

I just took out the SIM card out of my phone and the only thing it did was switch from global to cdma only on my services. My ICS still worked. Are you getting the "67 error" message? If you are then one of these cabs should work, not sure which one fixed it for me (on previous ROM). I think just installing the Wi-Fi sharing fixed it. Probably a registry edit in there. Anyway, good luck.

i believe i also installed the ICS and wmodem fix, but the ICS was still not runnin right so i just went and tried doing the reg edits manually as you would with the regular touch pro. so maybe that cab would help.

you not having a sim on your sprint device should not matter because you're not internet sharing using a sim.
