reset the voicemail icon?
 

In phone/options/settings on my diamond I could go to voicemail and 'get settings' to reset the icon, it's not there on my TP2 in the CDMA services tab... ho can I get rid of the voicmail icon (no I don't have any voicemails)?

Here's what worked for me.


Soft reset 3-4 times in a row. Make sure you reset As soon as the Touch Pro 2 Screen shows.


If that doesn't work, or calling your voice mail doesn't work, Sprint Customer Service can reset it for you.

tried the reseting, no change, maybe I'll have to call customer services later

Alex,

One last suggestion before you call. Go to Settings, All setting, System tab. scroll to the bottom and click Update Profile.
