How to save new number to already existing contacts from SMS
 

I have a stock Sprint rom TP2, and I can not figure out for the life of me how to save a new number to an already existing contact from a text message. Does this feature not exist on the phone? I don't see why it wouldn't when the TP1 did. The phone only lets me create new contacts from SMS. The only way I can edit a contact is doing it manually or from the call log.

I'd never noticed this but you're right, it only gives you the option of a new contact. The only thing I could figure out to do was to dial the number, end it, then save it to contacts that way; saving a phone number from an ended call gives you the choice of new or current contact. Still, a sucky way to have to save a number from sms.
