Tethering Issues
 

I'm trying to tether my sprint tp2 on a windows 7 system. I'm using MightyRom, so it should work out of the box, right? Although, when I start up the internet sharing app, it gets to "waiting for network" and just stops there. I looked at the registry, and the forceconnection entry is Phone as Modem, so i changed it to Sprint, but after a soft reset, it goes back to Phone as Modem.

maybe something you instaled broke it, cause it's suppose to work perfect on mightyrom. which version mightyrom are you using?

try this. don't open the internet sharing program. just connect your phone and pick internet sharing from the 3 options.

Thanks, i got it working though. I installed the cab that enables a drop down menu where you can select your data connection, allowing me to select sprint.
