TP2 go both ways?
 

I have a Diamond, a friend of mine just got a TP2 from Sprint but see it has a slot for a sim card. Will this phone go CDMA and GSM? What about the Diamond2?

Since the TP2 is an international phone, yes it will use GSM...outside the US.

As already said, it does GSM but only outside of the US. That is unless you security/sim unlock the phone and then use an unlocked radio which will allow you to use GSM services in the US.

just make sure your friend doesn't try to put a gsm rom on it. it is a cdma device that uses gsm networks, but it is cdma 1st!
