I do like the GF Bear-Bonz Taskbar a bit better and I'm currently sticking with it :)

This taskbar looks soooo much better with the Color CDMA fix!

Here's the thread with all of m6silver's taskbars:

Wow awesome thread. Here's some of the cabs I just can't live without:

1) A working weather city editor for winmo 6.5 Sense UI (I'm currently on MightRom with sense)
2) An awesome QR code reader.
3) A resistor color code help program. You just enter the color bands and it outputs the resistance value in ohms.
4) This is a great network analysis application. Has almost all the major network utilities that can be found on your PC or linux box. Stuff like and IP subnet calculator, a strong password generator, Whois, Timer Service (connects to time servers and retrieves the time), DNS lookup, HTML downloader (will download html source from url you give), Finger, Wake o LAN client, DNS auditor (will perform a dns query on specified range of IP's), Port Scanner, traceroute, Ping Sweeper (ping a range of IP's) and standard ping, And a network info function that shows all the network information on your current phone (Ip address/subnet/gateway/dns/etc for your adapters). Very handy. Works best when your connected to a network via wifi. The icon for it has messed up colors, but its always been that way on every device I install it on. Works great tho.

Also would like to recommend the program 1-Calc by Omega One Software. It does cost $30 for the program (I paid $45.99 total for the program and a skin pack) but for me it was waaaay worth it. You don't have to buy the skin pack to customize the look though, I'm just really lazy and didn't want to put the effort into it. It does so many things and I desperately needed a good scientific calculator for my Electronics courses. Just look over the features list and you will realize how powerful it really is. The stock skins make the calc look dated, but don't let that fool you. This thing is better than some of the TI calcs I've had. Very well worth the money for me. When you buy the expansion (which includes skins) you get a Windows XP/Vista/7 version of the calc.

Here are some of the CABS that I use:

1) CDMA 7 Bar Signal & Percent Battery

For CDMA ONLY. Tested on latest official MightyRom and MightyRom WAR. Note that you might need a 1% battery driver if your rom doesn't have that already. MightyRom already has it so I never had the need to install anything else. The cab changes your signal strength icon to show up to 7 bars instead of 5 and it updates the battery icon to show an actual percentage (in 1% increment):

2) DCI Battery
Nice battery app. It displays how much battery you have with a very small bar at the top of the screen:

3) Google Voice Easy SMS 1.1

Utility to easily initiate SMSs to your Google Voice contacts using your Google Voice number:

4) gVo 0.6.0b
Utility to easily initiate calls using your Google Voice number:

5) Iris Browser 1.1.9

Nice browser based on the same engine the iPhone uses.

6) Palringo 2.0.0

Last free version of Palringo that had features that were later removed to be available only to "Premium" users.

7) Sprint Mobile Email

True push email service from Sprint. Set up your Gmail, Yahoo, or MSN to be truly pushed to your phone (through SMS triggers). ONLY FOR SPRINT.

8) Switch Roam Mode
Utility to easily force your phone to go to roaming. ONLY FOR CDMA.

You don't need a cab. You just need to change 1 value in your registry.
Code:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA\]
"SignalStrengthLevel"=dword:00000007

I have been using this program for years, but it hasn't been updated in a while. It places the open programs next to the start button to easily switch between them. It also places the battery indicator across the top (if you want) and allows for quick access to programs by sliding a finger vertically or horizontally from the top right of the screen.

from the website: WkTASK shares features of both Task Manager and Program Launcher for Windows Mobile. You can switch all running programs smoothly like desktop Windows, and launch applications easily. Not only stylus operation but also key operation is available. Although the look & feel closely matches the theme color and make the 3D gradation, its CPU and memory usage are low.

you must add "\windows\shell32.exe" to excluded list so the "start" button still works
