Fatal error on unlocking
 

I get the error that says Hard SPL is for non-commercial use only, and it detects that I've already unlocked an another device.

I got my new phone from the insurance company after I broke my last old one.


Help?

You tell them what's up and they'll hopefully reply one of these days. It's written in the HSPL-unlock info page. I'm kind of in the same situation as you and I've been waiting for over two weeks.

you can always donate. they did get back to me 7 days later. but i unlocked my phone long before they got back. you can try editing the epst setting. i forgot which one. try the cdma upgrade thread. you will find the answer there.

You can try to send cmonex a PM at XDA, not sure if she'll respond to that or not, but it's worth a shot.
