Personally, I think a "cleaned" phone, with all deleted would look more suspicious to a jealous spouse.

You could USE SKTools like others suggested, but if you want one touch action you could use MortScript and make a compiled script app.

You could then click that app for your on touch action.

I don't know how often you need to clear out phone numbers or messages, but this seems like it should work.
