Moving certain files from rom to rom?

If i moved my text from a custom rom say, SSK to MightyRom via Sprite backup. would this be possible? like only the texts and emails. Nothing else. I always wanted to try out MightyRom and i figure now would be the time since SSK stopped development. I tried using PIMbackup but when i restore using that it started sending out some texts that were sent a long time ago.

If you delete all messages in the "drafts" folder before you make a backup, PIMbackup will work just fine.

So, if i move to mighty rom and then dont restore the drafts it would be fine. Also how would i re-thread it? when i used PIMbackup it ended up as AAABBB instead of ABABAB where B is my message and A is the sender. I read somewhere that someone disabled threading then restored then re-enabled threading. He mentioned it was in settings->system->text. But in SSK right now there is no such option. Would this option be in mighty rom? I plan to reflash when the next rom is released, so not much in a rush

I'm not sure about SSK's but Mighty's has the option and it is set to threaded by default.
