Oil slick screen issue Sprint warranty
 

Has anyone tried to get their TP2 repaired by Sprint as per warranty, only to have them give it back to you saying that they are aware of the issue but wont fix it unless it affects the use of the phone.... :angry7:

If anyone has had any joy getting Sprint to fix their phone please respond back with details! Maybe I can go at it with a different angle!

This happened very early in the beginning w/ my device. Literally a week after it came out from Sprint. Went to a sprint store- they sent me a brand new one.

If you're in the NYC area, I encourage you to go to the one in the financial district
