Unread message indicator will not go away after disabling htc messaging
 

This is a problem I have found on over 10 roms so its not a rom-specific issue. Whenever I disable HTC messaging or install arcsoft, my unread message indicator will not leave without a soft reset. I use Zanyee Disable HTC messagine 1.2.

There are fixes for this. Have you tried to find the fix in any of the threads from the 10 ROMs you have tried? Fixes are sometimes ROM specific. I just got done reading a post in which two users verified a fix for this issue. It's a fix that had been posted for awhile in that thread. I'll get you the link before this thread gets moved.........maybe....


HERE: Last few posts of that page is the attachment and the dialogue regarding it fixing the issue on that particular ROM build. May or may not work on whichever of the ten you tried that you settled on, but it's worth a shot. Don't blame me for any HRs or bugs!!
