igo8 cant find my location it says "no gps receiver found"

GPS program port: COM4
GPS hardware port: (None)
Baud Rate: 4800

Make sure you run Quick GPS (All Programs) before you open igo...would recommend setting Quick GPS up to run automatically (Start > All Programs > QuickGPS > Menu > Options

check auto download
check auto download
check exit
