Using GSM, NO ID CALLER ???
 

Hello everyone,

I have a Telus Branded TP2. Got it SIM UNLOCKED and everything working smoothly. Except, the ID Caller does not work. How can I fix that?

When someone calls me, only number shows, No NAME.

I have that feature on FIDO. They told me I should download a software.

Any help?

When I use the phone on GSM, I don't have this problem. The caller ID references my contacts every time. I DID add the complete number including +country code, area code, etc..

no what i meant is. In fido, you have an option where ALL incoming calls shows the name (even if you dont have them in your contacts).
You can always know the name of the caller.

Since my Tp2 is Telus branded, it is not showing the ID caller.
