enable weather animations without BG4All?
 

i dont wanna have all the tabs have the same background. most of my pix i like hinder my ability to read texts messages in the text tab because there too light. anyway around this?

You might want to try HDWalls, it creates a number of Manila files after you choose a wallpaper. After that, you may want to try dragging one manila file at a time (soft resetting or disabling/enabling manila each time) to see if it changes just the Home Screen.
