hi i have a htc touch pro2. i try to update a new ROM but some how i run a radio file on my phone than my phone stop working(dead). on the screen totally blank nothing came sup. so please help me.

1) i can't even understand what you typed.

2) did you unlock your phone first

3) are you sure you flashed a custom rom that is compatible with your phone?

looks like your on tmobile, did you flash a GSM rom to your phone? Guessing the CDMA ones will not work for you..

So you did the cdma unlocker and flashed a cdma rom?

good news, you unlocked it or bought it unlocked? link to rom/radio your flashing. is the radio unlocked?

English? And can you post links of what you put on your phone? Which HSPL? Which ROM? What file did you put on your phone when it stopped working?

That's a GSM radio, you put on a CDMA device. It will probably not turn on at all now, and you need a replacement if so.

op, you need to use the "quote" button to who your answering, sounds like shes dead, if you try to get replacement play dumb and say you have no idea what went wrong.

did you but it online? if so, i'd call in, explain what it's doing.

while a bit dishonest....a level I tech will probably send you out a refurbished unit.

When Tmobile finds out it's a sprint phone..i'm really not sure what they will do.

again that's a no.

call Sprint..might be a good time to call now and you might catch a dumb customer service rep. Not sure what you are going to tell them, because they are likely to figure out what you've done.

next time...make sure and read which radios are compatible for your device, or better yet...just flash roms from now on until experience catches up with jumping the gun.

Before all hope is lost, can you get the phone into bootloader mode? While the phone is off (pull the battery out if you don't know if it's on/off), hold the Volume Down + Power Button. If it comes up to a tri-color screen, you may be able to fix it. If it doesn't do anything, you've got a paperweight and should follow the steps posted early about trying to get it replaced.
