Have to uninstall stock alarm?

Noob here. I installed g-alarm but both the stock and g-alarm are not working correctly. Do I have to uninstall stock alarm for the g-alarm to work? Oh yeah noob running stock rom here. Thanks.

No, you don't have to uninstall the stock alarm. Do you have all the requirements for G-Alarm? I don't use it so I'm not sure if it requires .NET Compact Framework 3.5

I used to have the free version on my Mogul but it didn't get backed up. I really dislike the stock alarm.

Yeah the stock alarm is really bad. It bothers me so much that I am looking for a new alarm before I even try to optimize my phone. Planning on running on stock rom, at least for a while until I am more comfortable. So which alarm do you use? Meanwhile I will check if I have all the requirements for g-alarm.

Right now, I use Klaxon, which can be found over at pocketpcfreeware.mobi. It actually works pretty well. I messed with some of the settings and now it doesn't come up over my phone being locked. Once I find out how to change that back, everything will be peachy.
