[CAB] Tweak Opera's Scrolling Performance!
 

What it will do: Drastically improve the scrolling appearance in Opera Mobile when panning and zooming.

*This CAB should work with Opera Mobile 9.5 and 9.7 versions*

This will apply the following registry entries:

[HKLM\Software\Opera\Info] "ZoomFps" dword:0X0000032 (50)
[HKLM\Software\Opera\Info] "PanFps" dword:0X0000032 (50)

it increases the frames per second (fps) of planningand zooming, thus making it slightly faster, been including thisedit in my own rom on my phones, since tp1. youcan also also change the picture used to load operaandthethe splash fps progress bar and avtivate that bar underthatsame key, juststickthe pic (png) in Windows folder and path it in that info key, up the fpsand enable splash and opera loads a little faster if you dont usethe lame push internet

installed tweek & the screen is half white when scrolling & is laggy to catch up & load ... is this normal ? if not what can i do 2 fix
