SD Card Folders Emptied?

Ok, I have a weird one here... I keep my cab files in a CAB folder on my SD card and all of the sudden, it's empty and some of them (not the entire contents of the folder by any means) showed up in the storage memory 'My Documents' folder instead?

Any ideas on what happened with this one?

That is really odd! I would think a hard reset is the way to go (with my limited knowledge).
