Error When Opening Some Programs
 

I can't open a few programs. HTCcalculator, quickgps, audiobooster to name a few. Everytime I open them I get the following message.

The file 'Program I am trying to run' can not be opened. Either it is not signed with trusted certificate or one of its component can not be found.

I have tried installing sdkcerts.cab but it hasn't helped. What can I do to fix the problem other than a hard reset? These are rom programs so it isn't like I can uninstall they accidently.

nevermind it was a problem with resloader.dll
