Phone froze, took battery out, and phone did a hard reset by itself?!
 

Earlier tonight my phone was frozen, so i popped the cover off and took the battery out, when i started it up again and it didn't go past the first screen where it says "Touch Pro 2" so i popped the battery out again and put it back in. When it loaded up, all my settings were removed. The information is still there but all my settings from Opera, SPBWallet, MS My Phone, etc were reset and my licenses were removed.

Has this ever happened before to anyone else?

I used to have this hapen on my TP1. Eventually it started doing full hard resets. Call Sprint and get it on the record that you are having problems. Ask for an incident number and hang onto it in case it happens again.
