If you are on Sprint then you will have to call them. They will add this to your account and it will be that way for all calls. You will have to dial *67 before every call ( I think that is the number combo) if you want your number to show on caller id.

And be prepared to leave lots of voicemails. Most people I know don't answer calls from "restricted" numbers. I got sick of it and had Sprint remove the block from my line.
