Set Shorter Time Before Text Msg Is Marked As Read
Is there a registry setting that can be changed to shorten the amount of time a message must be viewed before it is automatically marked as "Read?"

It's annoying when someone sends you a message saying "ok" but you have to sit and wait for a little while before the message is marked as read and the green unread icon goes away. Sure would be nice if someone knew a way to mark it as read faster |

it would be nice to do the same for emails. I hate having to open the email just to mark it as read. Might be a registry entry too. |

I'm guessing it's definitely a registry entry. Just don't know where. Ditto for emails....

Forget the marked as read for e-mails..
How about a delete button as one of the options, HTC? HTC seems to fail to realize people DO delete emails. I remember Engadget or one of the blogs commenting on that |

this is a big issuse that needs to be fixed, shorter time for msg being read, delete as options on email preview

Another bug that I don't like is the Reply button....would rather that be Reply Menu with choice of Reply or Reply All.
I constitanly forget to hit menu reply all when replying to company email....only to have to do it all over again and hit menu reply all. Drives me nuts. |
