So, you are sliding the slider over,
to the last tab > SETTINGS
Then selecting > PERSONALIZE
Then > HOME TAB WALLPAPER
Then > LANDSCAPE ALL TABS WALLPAPER
and selecting an image?
If that doesn't work, I suggest you hard reset then!

Yeah, or you could just install one of my 16 or 20 quick link cabs and it may correct the issue. As it has an updated version of the same Background for all tabs mod that is cooked into that rom. So it should overwrite the files and allow your wallpaper to work again!
Do you need the link to my 16 links thread? It's easily found in the software and themes section above!
Either that or hard reset, sounds like!
