I got a card in the mail 2day from sprint asking me to take a survey. It took alittle longer than specified but i guess its definatly worth it. upon completing it asks for phone # to credit account and email address to send also for details to complete up to 3 surveys per year. Goes as the following word for word ...

I received this too. The survey is the longest one I ever see. But with $5 I cannot complain.

Yea they definatley lied about the no more than 30 minutes part of it.. out of curiousity did they give you the same survey code?

I can't remember the code now. LOL. I threw away the letter after I finished the survey. Seems to be different.

Took the survey, but DAMN it was a PITA!

Literally took me 30 minutes to take. My time is worth WAY more than 10$ an hour.

Yea i actually did.. if sprint is attempting to make they're services more in tuned towards customers wants and needs then im all for taking the extra time to fill it out completely.

Its BS, I went half way through it and closed it off. Freaking like a million questions, forget them and there 5 bucks. My fingers were hurting with all the clicking, than after a while, I just chose any answer just to get through it but it never ends.

I don't know why those idiots made it so long, eventually people get tired and put it any answer because they can't think any longer.

im not taking it because my time is worth more than 7.25 an hour. but if i did take it i would answer truthfully. especially if i had issues or problems i thought may be resolved by alot of people bitching about it, as i know there are alot of sprint haters out there. out of curiosity, those who faked it, did you answer all c??? lol. i bet att's iphone surveys are alot shorter... NOT!

i agree entirely! at the time i took it i was on my 7th TP1 so the answer to everything was 'needs improvement' from CSRs to tech support and knowledge...

Just FYI, they are sending people different codes. In fact, I got both an email and a postcard, and the email and card each had different codes. I don't know if that will cause any issues for people getting the credit or not though. It does ask for your number when you do the survey, so hopefully they'll give everyone the credit.

Holy cow, that took a while. I do hope they take the feedback to heart too. Especially after taking all that time to get through it.

So what kind of feedback did you guys give on the TP2? One suggestion I'd make to anyone here who is running a custom ROM is to think back to stock and rate based on that. This community is great, but Sprint should be getting feedback based on the phone as they delivered it.

Because its long as hell! It took me a while because I had to stop a couple of times to do laundry and take a break. I was on it the better part of an hour. But yes, I did read all and answer truthfully. I hated when they kept asking the same questions, but in different ways.

i took it and it took me less than 1 min. first question was which phone do you have and my TP2 wasnt on the list so i clicked OTHER and it said i was done.. fastest 5 bucks i ever made..hhahha

I got the card too and the Q is way way way too long and way too much!
