Is there any way to go direct to the video camera outside TouchFlo?

I would like to be able to launch the video camera though Voice Command, unfortunately using "Start Camera" typically launches the still camera.

Does Manilla perhaps use a command line function? Can a command line function be turned into something that can be launched by Voice Command.
