when it works- it's great, when it doesn't it's quite annoying

I spent a good 1.5 hrs checking & rechecking my settings.
Sending test emails back & forth to my Pocket Outlook on the TP2.
It appears it is polling the google gmail server every 5 minutes - verified under activesync>menu>status.

Exactly every 5 minutes.

I am not sure why the delay from instant push as I had set peak & off peak retrieval both to: "when mail arrives".

Frustrating.

Well to be honest I'm glad I'm not the only one this is happening to and that it's more of a wide spread problem

How's your battery time on this? I feel my phone drains quicker when I set it up to receive as "mail arrives" vs. every x minutes.
