you have to register on the website, not from the app. or at least thats what i did.

Downloads and works great on TP2. Not as polished as Windows Marketplace, but has better selections and its all free. Seems to be trial and error as to what will work. Some stuff is clearly labeled as to which phone/OS it will run on, but I got a few games that would not run full screen (480x800) or needed a d-pad to fully function.
